- National Manager

Job Responsibility:

Prepare the annual budget of SEQ in coordination with branch managers per Board directions.
Compliance to achieve the budget monthly .
Following up and monitoring sales plan implementation for every branch.
Follow up orders and receipt of goods from suppliers.
Reinforcing implementation of Group and SEQ Policies and Procedures.
Studying and analyzing monthly results to correct deviations.
Conduct meetings with Branches and maintain positive attitude.
Reinforce cooperation among branches, services and logistics.
Explore new products sales and new outlets
Understand training requirements for employees and coordinate with concerns to arrange required training.
Negotiate with suppliers for procurement.

Educational Qualification / Other Skills
Bachelors degree in Engineering preferably mechanical/industrial
Excellent in the English/Arabic Languages
Managerial skill minimum 10 years
Technical skill
Presentation skill
Computer Skills     
Knowledge in the Service Equipment/ Dealers / Garages requirement

2 - Sales Engineer

Job Responsibility:
Developing business within the assigned region. Monthly
Visits clients and offer total solutions for their requirements .
Offers official quotations in accordance with company policies and terms.
Aware of market trends and new business in the field of service equipment.
Keep clients updated with New Models/Technology.
Prepares competitors market activity and informs in the forms of reports to the Branch Management.
Must be able to prepare SWOT analysis.
Follow Sales / Collections with clients.
Maintain files of customers.
10.Retains and reviews sales documents and reports
Deliver other duties assigned that are related to Service Equipment Sales.
Makes sure that collections are made on time in coordination with customers and collectors..

Educational Qualification / Other Skills
Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred Mechanical/Industrial scope.
Preferably has some marketing qualification as well
5 years in Sales of Technical/ industrial equipment with engineering background

3 - Sales Executive / Outdoor Sales

Job Responsibility:
Generates new enquiries by making calls and also by utilizing existing customer data base from Sales Department.
Visits clients and provides solutions based on their requirements and budgets
. Offers official quotations in accordance with company policies and terms.
Follwos up for his submitted quotations and regularly reports to the Sales Supervisor and Brnach Manager accordignly..
Makes presentation to customers as and when required and explains features, advantages and benefits of buying SEQ products.
Prepares competitors market activity and informs in the forms of reports to the Branch Management.
Coordinate with Sales Staff for handling clients.
Must be able to operate ERP or any other advances software systems
.Ensures pricing, invoicing, and delivering are performed in an efficient manner.
.Retains and reviews sales documents and reports
.Make sure the sales process is respected and sales are properly folllowed up.
Deliver other duties assigned that are related to service equipment warehouse.
Makes sure that he collects outstanding and follows up with clients for all pending account receivables.
Educational Qualification / Other Skills
Bachelors degree in BA / Engineering or Technical Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering or spare parts
3 years in technical equipment sales; at least 2 years in the same position
Preferably has some marketing qualification as well     
Excellent in the English Language /Presentation skill
Technical skill /Knowledge in technical equipment and tools

Branch Manager
Job Responsibility:
Direct, promote and coordinate branch business operations that will increase SEQ market share and optimize savings.
Improve the Branch employees productivity and efficiency output.
Achieve the SEQ missions and goals and perform results in an outstanding customer and service standards.
Make sales plans for sales staff along with targets and clear incentive scheme and monitoring on regular basis.
Coordinate reporting, purchasing , resale pricing , inventory and service .
Keep the management updated with market conditions, new potential clients, major activities in the region.
Conduct meetings with employees and maintain positive attitude.
. Must be able to operate ERP or any other advances software systems
Supervise staff and guide them whenever is required. Resolve customers issues when sales staff request for help.
Prepare Branch budget in coordination with HO , and monitor on regular basis to take corrective actions for any deviation.
Develop the appropriate training needs for the employees.
Maintain records of sales/collections/employees.

Educational Qualification / Other Skills
Bachelors degree in Engineering preferably mechanical/industrial
5 - 10 Year experience in the field of Service Equipment.
Excellent in the English Language /Presentation skill
Technical skill /Knowledge in technical equipment and tools
