Job Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales eam.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved.
Provide a daily report of sales success and communicate data to superiors.
Key Skills:
Strong commercial orientation in the TRAVEL INDUSTRY
Negotiating the ability at all levels of customer operation.
Highly developed communication and decision-making skills.
Able to present and influence at board level.
