During 9 years of teaching & training in the Psychology field. Practices to different educational areas in the GCC Universities, skills in providing coordination and interface between University and community, providing students with the best teaching and learning skills, developing innovative concepts in the field of my specialization and ensuring their implementation, completing projects within established timelines as assigned by the top management, permanent ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment. As a researcher, my interest fails under students self – development skills, Emotion, Motivation, self- directed learning and Psychological counseling.
