o Implementation of TSM productivity Improvement plans, especially in the following areas.
o Effective utilization of equipment & service facilities.
o Regular Maintenance of Workshop of Equipments.
o Assists service advisor &chief technician to diagnose complicated repairs, especially NVH related.
o Assists chief technicians & technicians in solving hi-tech problem repairs.
o Maintains & operates SST, equipment, repair manual, service bulletins, & technical information
o Ensures Equipment Tools Availability.
o Final Inspection.
o Ensures that customer vehicles are fixed right from the first time.
o Assists the service advisor in identifying & diagnosing vehicle problems when needed.
o Negotiate with representatives of insurance companies.
o Provide a high-quality repair service and seek to reduce the repair rate of the workshop
o To manage and follow up the training of technicians according to the need of work.
o Promote a culture of health and safety within the work area.
o Review Customer Satisfaction Index.
o Reporting and the ability to analyze the productive hours
o Develop a periodic plan to load Automotive through JSCD.
o Monitoring the performance of the service center through the Kadawari program & KPI
