• Responsible for managing HR operations of over 300 colleagues, including recruitment, learning and d-envelopments, governmental relations, colleague services, and administration.
• Manage Recruitment activities by ensuring the selection of right talent for the hotel.
• Oversee Learning and Development function including in-house and learning partners programs. Involved in conducting TNA, development of training content and evaluation to ensure ROI on trainings conducted.
• Handle all progressive corrective action procedure by training managers and directly involved in handling disciplinary and grievances.
• Managing Government Relations function by establishing key relationships with partnering Government departments, ensuring all legislation requirements are fulfilled.
• Responsible for planning and successful organization of Human Resources annual activities.
• Implement a full cycle of colleague engagement by conducting two surveys per year and active participation in hotel departments action planning with department Heads.
• Responsible for managing talent pipeline at hotel.
• Prepare and manage Manning, Operational and CAPEX budgets.
• Participation in annual compensation and benefits survey and propose salary alignments and merit increase process in line with survey results and annual performance appraisal cycle
• Involved in implementation of active Health and safety program at hotel.
