Responsibilities:-
The Catering Manager is primarily responsible for coordinating all requirements for all events bookings including meetings, weddings and outside catering. Responsible for enforcing the terms of sales letter of agreement and guiding the client through the planning process. Communicates the needs and expectations of the client with all departments in the hotel
