Office Administration / Human Resources Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities:
•Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems is in place, supply requisitions are reviewed and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored
•Assist with all internal and external Human Resources related inquiries or requests.
•Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts
•Liase with management to ensure consistency in application of all Human Resources policies and procedures
•Keep up to date with the latest Human Resources trends and best practice.
Competencies and Skills:

•Proven track record in Human Resources , office management, administrative assistant with 5-7 years of experience, in UAE
•Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures with a clear understanding of local UAE labor law
•Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
•In dept knowledge of payroll system and Advanced Computer skills and MS Office
•Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
•Strong organizational and planning skills
•Ability to multitask, be time-efficient, take initiative and work with minimal guidance.
