The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office As we automotive company, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support,).



Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls
Follow mails
Act as first point of contact for visitors
Arranging visits for customers to the branch
Coordinate between The Customers and Managers incase they have any special concerns
Ensure that all complaints are received and handled efficiently in a way that exceeds our customers’ expectations. And provide report to top management
Handling the different complaints channels (Aware of CRM activities- Call Center – Company Website – Social Media)
Receiving Customers / Suppliers calls and handling their requests.
Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Tracking and analyzing CSI reports.
Tracking the Follow up Survey on daily basis and preparing weekly report


Qualifications

university degree or relevant
work experience 2 years (prefer in automotive field)
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Cooperative with others
Social Media communication skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent MS Office Skills
