Marketing Executive in USA

We are actively looking for Marketing Executive with healthcare experience for our hospital.

Job Summary:
Developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed Hospital objectives.
Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
He / She is involved in all aspects of marketing and media from planning, advertising, promotions, public, media relations, product development and research
Roles and Responsibilities:
Formulate brand plan and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy for hospital brand.
Develop and implement Public Relations Strategies to position the Hospital as the health care supplier of choice for the UAE and the region.
Conduct market visits in the region in order to keep all parties informed of key trade and competitor developments.
Enter all the related orders in the system.
Develop country specific strategies and plans dependent on local market place and the competitive environment.
Ensure that all agents achieve their monthly and annual budgets.
Solve all problems related to the commercial, logistic and marketing side of the assigned brands (goods to be returned, quality problems, payments…).
Assist in the distribution, pricing and promotional strategies in coordination with the Marketing team and the Management.
Follow up closely on the plans’ implementation, schedule and activities in all concerned markets.
Plan and follow-up on promotions.
Organize, attend events, and exhibitions.
Analyzing the features and potential uses of specific services to determine a set of benefits that target a specific group of patients.
Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press – local, regional, national and specialist publications – or on the radio, depending on the campaign.
Sourcing, costing, and quoting the best possible quality and lowest price.
Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs.
Liaising with designers and printers.
Writing and distributing press releases and mailshots.
Evaluating marketing campaigns.
Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing or equivalent qualification as a minimum requirement.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience

The ability to gather data, analyse sales figures, consumer demand and market research.
The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedural manuals
