About the Job
- Configure, implement, and demonstrate SSB software
- product offerings for new and current clients.
- The implementation cycle includes requirements
- validation, overseeing projects with specific development requirements,
- internal testing, and guiding clients through user acceptance to go-live status.
- The implementation specialist is also responsible for the development and delivery of training for both administrators and end-users.
- Document all customer interactions in designated CRM, and provide excellent customer experiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as required.
- Meet with clients, who are in various stages of project management, in order to ensure all aspects of SSB system are deployed to client’s satisfaction and specifications.
- Testing, and providing final QA/QC before client is ready to go live.
- Work with new and existing clients to provide in depth training in the set up, and use, of system and applications.
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone, or on-site.Identify, and correct/and or advise, on operational issues in SSB client systems.
- Maintain open and professional communications with all Co.’s colleagues, partners, clients and vendors to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and business efficiency.

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative, professionalism and be proactive
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to travel when required
- Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to multi-task and be a team player who works collaboratively and effectively with others
- Exceptional project management, organization and time management skills
- Familiar with various computer application software and mobile applications and be willing to learn and adapt
- Available to work some evenings and/or weekend as needed
-Bachelor’s degree required in IT and/or business or related field. Master’s degree a plus
