Make multiple outbound calls/arranging meetings to potential clients.
- Create a pipelines including targeting clients through the manager distribution.
- Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies.
- Share information about company/product by following sales scripts.
- Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.
- Understanding customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Maintain record of calls through computerized system.
- Managing providers portfolio to improve thier App/web presence
- Contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term clients relationships.
- Act as the point of contact for clients of digital management matters.
- Set digital strategies for assigned clients, considering their specific requirements.
- Addressing client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
- Optimizing app content to increase traffic and improve App downloads.
- Creating a sechudule for the data collector’s operations.
- Managing data collectors team.
- Managing the data listings as a daily operation.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a digital account manager, Hands on experience with App/website and CRM software, Experience with customers service and account management, Excellent verbal and written communications skills, Strongly analytics skills.

• Thirdly create a mping for the region including potential customers grades, create a weekly report script.
