A brief introduction of the company is necessary to further understand the position’s short and long term objectives and goals, as well as, the tasks and expectations of the position. Founded in 1991, Aquatop pioneered the importation of Sanitary Ware in the Egyptian market, the first international bathroom solutions provider, offering our Egyptians the option of owning a bathroom that meets their selective tastes and needs in both design and quality. In the process, pressuring local competing manufacturers to actualise their price lines and invest in manufacturing a higher quality product, to reflect the introduction of our imported quality products, that are offered at moderate prices. In turn, protecting the Egyptian consumer from unfair price hikes and purchasing inferior quality products, moreover, establishing a situation for perfect market conditions in the sanitary ware field. Since then, Aquatop has quickly risen to hold a monopoly on all imported Sanitary Ware products in the Egyptian market, completing Egypt’s most pristine and immaculate hotels and developments.

Our current goal is expansion; expanding our sales channels, client base and geographical scope. With an aggressive short term strategy of generating fast revenue to support long term marketing and sale’s objectives and goals. The brand portfolio is popular and well known, the product lines are sought after and in demand, with a sizeable mark up in price over that of the local manufacturing competitor.

Short term objectives:

I. Structure a Hierarchy for a project sales and marketing team

II. Hire a Project Sales team; utilise the most appropriate resources to find and recruit an effective project sales team, comprised of:
A) Project Sales Manager;
i. Monitors and reports all efforts of four sales team leaders
ii. Sets goals and targets for each team
iii. Ensures teams are meeting goals and targets within the agreed upon time frames
B) Project Sales Associates; for each of the project client designations;
i. Consultants, Interior Designers, Contractors
ii. Hotels Developments
iii. Real Estate Developer
C) Distribution Sales Associate; responsible for finding, contacting and establishing a lasting business partnership with suitable distributing partners

III. Establish a standardised and uniform sales pitch for all respective project teams, tailoring each pitch to meet each respective client’s needs and requirements based upon above mentioned client designations. Sales pitch should consist of:
A) Introductory presentation, including information such as;
i. Company History and Overview
ii. Brand Portfolio, History and Overview
iii. References
B) Presentation for Consultants, Interior Designers and contractors; specifying;
i. References for projects previously completed with lasting Consultants, IDs, and Contractors.
ii. Product selections and packages with price ranges
iii. Incentive packages for Consultants, Interior Designers and Contractors (to be determined by Sales and Marketing Director)
for specifying our organisation in their projects
C) Presentation for Hotel Developers,
i. References for hotel projects previously delivered in the past
ii. Product selection and packages with price ranges, based on products most commonly selected in past hotel projects
D) Presentation for Real Estate Developers; Outlining
i. References for real estate developments and mega projects previously delivered in the past
ii. Selection compiled of the most economic and inexpensive product lines to reflect the large quantity demanded and tight budget constraints
iii. Set incentives for Real Estate developers to depend on our organisation when delivering all their projects
E) Presentation for Distributors, outlining;
i. Brand
ii. Brand history
iii. Brand competency in local and foreign markets
iv. Products to focus on
v. Financial incentives

IV. Assign targets and monitor and ensure their realisation;
Following an assessment of market demand, set reasonable targets for each sales team member and taking all necessary actions to ensure they are met within set time frames.

V. Hire and train a marketing team;
Find and recruit two effective marketing associates utilising the most appropriate resource.
The initial team should consist of:
A) Digital marketing associate responsible for;
i. Finding and utilising most appropriate tools to ensure an effective social media and online presence.
ii. Runs website development operations
B) Marketing associate; responsible for:
i. Assisting in drafting formal marketing plan
ii. Creating content to stimulate and attract our target end user
iii. Responsible for undergoing marketing and marketing research activities, not limited to; surveys, focus groups, census gathering, analysis of company and current position in the market, recommendation proposals, assessing recommendation effectiveness, etc.

VI. Establish a Distribution Channel
A) Outline an effective distribution strategy
B) Assign MSRP and buying price for distributing partners
C) Propose terms of agreement for distribution
D) Set target specific incentives for distributing partners
E) Find appropriate distributing partner
F) Take all necessary actions to ensure strict quality assurance controls
VII. Establish a digital marketing campaign and platform; which develops and promotes our organisation’s online presence, with an emphasis on;
A) Website development
B) Promotion of social media pages (Facebook, Instagram)
C) Establishing an effective E-Commerce channel
D) Developing a google ads campaign
E) Ensure sustainable organic growth of website

VIII. Maintain and posses a full grasp of project database and portfolio, actively follow up on entire project portfolio and ensure; project fulfilment and continuous updating of database

IX. Develop on our interior designers, consultants, contractors network;
A) Maintain continuous communication with the above parties, ensure “likability” for our organisations is preserved
B) Receive active project list from the above to update project database

X. Utilise the most appropriate resources to find project leads consistently

XI. Develop a project specific approach to effectively ensure competency in new clients’ projects.

XII. Utilise traditional and non-traditional marketing tools that be efficient and effective in reaching our target clients; tools including:
A) Trade Shows
B) Fairs and expos
C) Industrial, design, and home fashion magazines
D) Out of the box, non-traditional marketing tools, which you believe will meet the criterion set above (be creative, and fun)

Long term objectives:

I. Evolve Sales and Marketing team into Sales and Marketing Division
A) Ensure the establishment of the following Project Sales teams;
i. Consultants, Interior Designers, Contractors team
ii. Hotels Developments team
iii. Real Estate Developer team
B) Ensure the establishment of a Distribution Sales team, with consistent and stable quarterly sales
C) Ensure the establishment of a Marketing team, with however many associates you deem fit

II. Poses a considerable market share of the sanitary ware and faucet market in Egypt

III. Ensure an established a continuous, friendly likeable line of communication between our organisation and every Consultant, Contractor, Developer, Designer and design house in our client database

IV. Develop new ideas on expansion and business development moving forward

V. Utilise Broad level marketing tools to reach a larger audience

VI. Have a dramatic positive effect on our brand equity
