Electronics Production Engineer to be employed in a medical devices' factory , based in AL Obuor city, Medical Engineering Group


Main Job Description: In Charge of Electronics Production Department

Major Tasks:

Develop production plan in coordination with related departments.
Improve productivity by elimination of different kinds of wastes present in the current production process.
Work continuously on improving and developing current production process.
Close supervision of technicians to meet production volume & delivery times at specified quality standards.
Develop weekly & daily production work orders for department and department technicians.
Follow up & implementation of PPM schedules of testing devices , instruments & tools and carrying out necessary calibrations as scheduled.
Complete responsibility of maintaining and developing production flow and assembly operations.
Meeting specific quality standards & identifying production flaws by implementing various engineering statistical, analytical and problem solving tools.
Assurance of product quality by following & implementing all necessary quality sampling & inspections towards delivered & manufactured items.
Perform testing procedures as per requirements and issuing QC and testing reports for produced units to maintain traceability of each batch production.
Deal with various vendors according to company policy to meet specified design standards.
Maintain all necessary relevant technical documentation according to technical administrative policy.
Submission of periodic & any other required production reports in a timely manner.
Perform technical purchasing duties in assistance with purchasing department.
Assist R&D department in component selection.
Review Electronics/Electrical designs issued by R&D department before initial production runs.




job Requirements :

- Bsc. Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years experience in production field-electronics.
- Good command of English language, spoken & written
- Skilled in Microsoft Office : Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good communication skills, presentation and persuasion
- ability to work in a team
- leadership skills & motivation skills
- excellent use of email & data sharing through email, shared sheets & documetns

Salary Range: 5 - 7.5K LE
