Prepare Shop drawings for all electrical systems and Technical submittals.
Design Review.
Prepare Bill of Quantities of materials and Supplies
Prepare material submittals for selection
Prepare RFI’s for all missing information and data.
Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, or installation standards or specifications for (Low Current, lighting, Power and Panel Schedules).
Prepare technical proposals by reviewing tender documents/ drawings, prepare technical offers.
Coordinate with Architecture and structure teams during preparing shop drawing or during construction.
Supports the MEP site team in achieving all the goals and targets.
Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at the site that may arise at any time.
Resolve Electrical Issues
Manage Construction Schedules
Conduct System Testing
Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works (Experience in low voltage and low current operation) at site.
Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
