Looking for Quality Analyst Lead

WE are Hiring “ Quality Analyst Lead “ for a great company located in Egypt
Location: Cairo
Salary: Negotiable
Job Duties :
1-Lead the QC Team by resolving conflicts between individual team members or even between different teams.
2-Define Testing Standards and Strategies by defining testing strategies to ensure the service being released is up to industry and company standards.
3-Manage Risks as there is always a certain level of risk involved in releasing a new product or service, the lead identifies risk and creates plans to mitigate it.
4-Improve Processes since he often involved in every aspect of product development.
5-Report to QA manager throughout all phases of product development.
Requirements :
• BSc degree in in technical engineering, computer science, business management, or in other similar course.
• Ex from 8 to 10 years of overall IT experience.
• Management Experience
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, work accurately, work under pressure, and respond quickly to tight deadlines.
• Deep understanding in Quality Assurance and software testing
• Deep knowledge in testing / defect management tools.
