Senior Electrical Tender and Technical Office Engineer

We are looking for Senior Electrical Tender and Technical Office Engineer
To the Electromechanical Systems Trading and Contracting Company

Responsibilities:

• Study the scope of work & tender document and prepare the tender review sheet.

• Prepare & Send out RFQ to the purchasing team

• prepare technical evaluation sheet, send & acquire responses and compliance sheets to prepare quotation comparison sheet

• Advise the best quotation on the basis of the technical proposals submitted, compliance to scope of work and delivery period of long lead items

• Study the tender drawings bulletins clarification responses from client and reflect the same to supplier’s vendor’s subcontractors to get the offers as per final & revised information from client

• Review clients responses, terms & conditions and suppliers subcontractors offers then prepare the qualifications exceptions deviations and other issues…

• Prepare the tender cost estimation, considering the location and duration of the project Calculate the direct cost for each item by analyzing the item to its basics (Material, Equipment & Manpower) all conforming with the project.

• Preparing conceptual and detail design documents, lists, calculation notes, drawings and detailed material take off required for the project and negotiating the same with all concerned parties.

• Preparing shop drawings and as built drawings.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in electrical engineering

• Auto-CAD drawing knowledge and experience essential.

• Dialux program for lighting system

• Good verbal and written communication skills required

• MS office applications to suit the business need

• Experience: 3+ years with proven record of success.

• Very Good command in English
