HR Generalist

We are looking for HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
Handles all recruitment activities such as (screen candidates, arrange interviews, conduct testing, checking references)
Update the recruitment database regularly.
Prepares job posts.
Preparing HR orientation for new employees
Follow-up insurance for workers in terms of dealing with Insurance Office
Following the HR Vacation Policy, Calculating vacations balance.
Handling employees&39; complaints, grievances and disputes.
Handling Personnel tasks including “attendance and leave, employees&39; contracts, files, promotions, and Social insurance”.
Update and maintain payroll records and Calculating salaries monthly.
Handle staff and management payroll related inquiries
Reviews, analyzes and checks payroll forms and reports for accuracy and makes necessary adjustments or corrections.

Required
Bachelor degree
Good in English.
Excellent MS Office skills
Prefer Males.
Ability to work under pressure.
High Communication skills high.
Motivated to work.
Personal leadership.
High Flexibility
Living in or around EL- Mahalla city are preferred
