Urgetly required a security guard site supervisor with the following experience, Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the site supervisor is responsible for providing overall leadership of employees for the assigned location(s), ensures delivery of quality services, manages operations efficiently and effectively to achieve service objectives, assists in coaching, and developing security officers and promotes client and employee retention initiatives.
Requirements
Experience: 3 years
Bachelor degree
Coordinates with the Human Resources Department to develop a qualified applicant pool as needed.
Provides assistance to the Human Resources department in addressing and resolving personnel issues.
