An exciting opportunity has arisen in Al Taif, Saudi Arabia, to join our team as an EJ200 Field Service Representative.
As an EJ200 Field Service Representative, you will be playing a significant role in providing technical support on the EJ200 engine in the deployed environment. The role requires a high level of EJ200 specific technical competence and demands an ability to communicate effectively at all levels both within Rolls-Royce and with the Customer.

We are the second largest global provider of defence aero-engine products and services with 18,000 engines and 160 customers in 103 countries. Our engines power aircraft in every major sector, including: transport, combat, patrol, trainers, helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles.
Key Accountabilities
Provide technical support/advice to Operators BAE Systems and RSAF to assist in the diagnosis of problems at Aircraft/Engine Systems level and Engine Health Monitoring Support.
Manage effective Inspection, repair of engines and modules within the scope of forward support to meet the needs of the contracted KPIs.
Test, condition and recover LRIs using test sets and diagnosis techniques within the scope of forward support.
Manage the interface between the Rolls-Royce Operations Room, BAE Systems and the RSAF Engineering Authority, on behalf of the Operators through RDRs, QAs, etc.
Support the tactical decision making process with respect to the availability of engines, modules and LRIs.
Provide trending data to Rolls-Royce Service Engineering and EUROJET.
Document status of engine prior to transfer back to industry ERIF.
Assist with quality investigations and customer complaints in conjunction with the designated Quality Professional.
Maintain Inspection Approval currency and competency on the EJ200 engine through opportune exercises in line with workshop requirements (practical and data processes).
Lead and deliver continuous improvement activities within the scope of the TPSF.

Qualifications
You must have extensive experience in the fields of aircraft maintenance, working for a recognised aircraft propulsion maintenance repair and overhaul MRO organisation.
Hold a degree/apprenticeship in an engineering based discipline or equivalent extensive relevant experience of 4 years.
Have the necessary skills and experience to carry out engine maintenance tasks.
In delivering this role, the emphasis is on Flight Safety, High standards of Quality worthy of the Rolls-Royce brand, teamwork, communication, and process compliance
