VAM Systems is currently looking for IT End-User Support Specialist for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Brief Description of expected tasks:
• Install Computer Software
• Configure Software
• Troubleshoot software issues
(Specifics of Skill Requirement (Versions
• Basic Knowledge of Network infrastructure
• Basic Knowledge of Active Directory and Servers
• Certifications on windows 7 and above and MS Office 2010 and above
• Communication skills in English
• Communication skills in Arabic is an added advantage
Additional Remarks:
• Analytical skills; Positive and optimistic; Collaborative team spirit;
• Advanced skills on configuration, installation and troubleshooting of computer software;
• Basic skills of configuration, installation and troubleshooting of computer hardware;
Relevant Experience - minimum 2 years
