Sales and Marketing Specialist
• Responsible for generating content for client’s social media accounts according to social media strategy.
• Manage and moderate the social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels.
• Explore new ways to engage and identify new social media to reach target audience.
• Respond to complaints, questions and comments left on the company’s social media pages in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Research to see what competitors are doing and to learn popular trends to
• incorporate into the strategy.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets, meet customer needs and arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contractsensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
• Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences
• Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases
• Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
• Take full responsibility of a campaign, from concept design and scheduling to ongoing implementation and performance tracking.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred major marketing)
• Good English is a must
• Age max 28 years
• Creative thinker with a passion for social media
• Willing to learn
• Excellent writing skills
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Proficiency in MS Office , Outlook and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Time management and planning skills
