Business Development Associate [Sales & Marketing]. Location : Azaiba, Muscat. Job Summary AISCO s is an EPC contractor dealing with projects from Interiors Design & Installation, Waste Management, Renewable Energy and HSSE Services. As the Business Development Associate [BDA], you will be responsible developing new business, manage existing accounts, develop marketing & sales strategies. Key Requirements 1. Proven work experience as a sales representative 2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office 3. Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships 4. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales 5. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills 6. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills 7. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs 8. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Description 1. Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns. 2. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. 3. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. 4. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. 5. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. 6. Continuously improve through feedback 7. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
