VACANCY FOR RESTAURANT MANAGER
We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our French fine dining restaurant in Doha, Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for training staff, coordinating, supervising and directing restaurant operations. She/he will ensure high production and maintain productivity, customer-service standards as well as meeting the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals.
Requirements
• Related certificate in Hospitality
• Strong leadership, motivational, planning and organizational skills
• Proven working experience in a similar position
• Experience in high end and fine dining restaurant
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Acute financial management skills, strong business acumen and excellent knowledge of latest sales and marketing trends.
• Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
