IT Technical Support for Qatar

VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for IT Technical Support for one of its clients which is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company in Qatar with the following and terms and conditions.

Skill Set Required:

1. 3-5 years of experience in Technical Support activities or a similar position that includes Microsoft and
2. Familiar with WAN & LAN technologies and components, ability to troubleshoot network issues
3. Proficient in the usage/application standard diagnostic and testing tools
4. Familiar with computing and storage resources and its allocations.

Qualification and certification

1. Bachelor Degree in IT or IT related field, or basic relevant qualification from engineering domain.
2. Industry certification in major IT desktop products, certification in Microsoft products.

Core Competencies:

1. Detailed understanding of technical support, user support, and networking
2. Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills
3. Independently identify, propose, and implement technical solutions in accordance with defined standards and
4. procedures.
5. Time Management
6. Planning and Organizing
