Nurse Manager/Supervisor

Provide sounds clinical leadership to the staff team.
Participates in setting, implementation, and monitoring of objectives for the unit team in accordance with the aims and objectives of the facility.
Ensures that the unit functions as an integral part of the Department services.
Responsible for the maintenance of professional standards and practices in all aspects of nursing within CMRC.
Participates actively in the establishment and maintenance of effective communication with all relevant personnel both internally within the CMRC and externally with other agencies.
Participate in unit wide responsibilities as required.
Functions as a role model for new and other identified staff.
Meets and exceeds CMRC standards set out by JCIA & Saudi MoH.
Investigates serious complaints, Incidents and other events and report findings to the Quality Manager or Director of Clinical Operations as deemed necessary.
Takes the lead to develop, implement and evaluate policies and strategies of CMRC.
Works with others to develop strategic plans and business objectives for the service.
Represents the Director of Clinical Operations as required.
Provides clarity for the nursing team about objectives that need to be implemented and achieved.
Deals with performance issues and gives feedback, encouraging and coaching staff to reach their full potential.
Develops a culture that Improves quality.
Works with the Quality Manager, takes the lead on quality Improvement initiatives and principles.
Fosters quality Improvement, accreditation and patient safety initiatives consistent with CMRC nursing and organization standards and regulatory compliance.
Develops an environment and culture that promotes health, safety and security.
Adheres to requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines, and Infection Control Guidelines.
المهارات
Education
• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing and holds (and maintains) a current Nursing license of good standing in country of origin • Holder of a master’s degree in nursing or health administration
Experience
• A minimum of 6 years as an RN, with 2 years progressive management experience involved with staff assessment, unit organization, or overseeing standards of practice
• 2 years clinical experience in the assigned specialty • Long-Term Care facility experience
• Experience in developing clinical/administrative policies and procedures and operational plans for clinical nursing wards
Certification and Licensure
• Current valid registration in Home Country
• Eligible for Saudi licensure and SCFHS Registration

• Up to date knowledge of current clinical and professional issues
• Knowledge of evidence based practice
• Able to work as an effective team leader

• IT skills• Presentation skills • Arabic Literacy preferred
