Structural Designer in ksa
Structural Designer will work alongside more experienced engineers and designers to perform 2D drafting and 3D modeling tasks.
Prepare and check 2D or 3D structural design/shop drawing in AutoCAD. Prepare and check cutting list. Prepare and check MTO.
Checks drawings for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standard drafting practices and company standards
Prepare structural calculation reports for steel structures and Aluminum and glazing structures using software and manually if required.
Performs additional responsibilities as directed.

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in structural steel and metal works design and fabrication.
Strong communication skills
2+ years of experience in 3D CAD and SAP is required, experience with Tekla preferred.
General understanding of fabrication and construction

Skills
The Structural Designer must be fluent in 3D modeling. Candidates with other 3D modeling software capabilities will be considered, however the Structural Designer must be a self-starter, willing and highly motivated to learn new software quickly in a production oriented environment.
The Structural Designer must be fluent in AutoCAD;
The Structural Designer must have good listening, writing and communication skills.
The Structural Designer must be proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Mail.
