Storekeeper - Hotels

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Issue all storeroom items property requisitioned.
Supervise the work of store helper.
Report to Finance & Business Support Manager any variance that he may discover while performing his duties.
Prepare re-order requests at required re-order level.
Strictly follows the minimum-maximum levels for inventory items.
Verify quantity, quality and expiry dates in case of food items on receipt.
Enforce strict check on minimizing store inventory.
Prepare and submits expiry list to the Finance & Business Support Manager on monthly basis.
Assist in taking inventory of Food & Beverage, General and Operating Supplies.
Ensure that all store areas are clean and tidy.
Prepare and submits slow moving list of various categories to Finance & Business Support Manager on quarterly basis.
Record and displays monthly stock values of Food, Beverage, General & Operating equipment on the board.
Assist in reviewing storeroom catalog on quarterly basis.
Implement necessary addition, deletion and changes in catalog as per the policy and procedures.
Adapt positive attitude.
Perform additional duties as may be requested by the Finance & Business Support Manager.
Strictly refrain from using mobile during duty hours.
REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1 year experience in Hotel Industry
Nationality: Saudi Only
Diploma or Bachelor degree in accounting or related field
Gender: Male - Female
Knowledge in Web Prolific
Excellent Knowledge in Material Control
Excellent skills in using Inventory Control Softwares
