required director of travel and tourism office
General requirment:
– Candidate must be Hindi or pakistani
– Candidate must have minimum 5 years of working experience in Travel Agency in Qassim, buraidah.
– Strong customer service skills.
– Solid knowledge of GDS Systems, Specially Amadeus and Galileo, Sabre.
– ability to design packages for tourist trips or health trips and others.
– Good knowledge of MS Office.
– Ability to multitask and work under pressure with team work.
– Candidate must have good Interpersonal skill.
– Must possess good negotiation skills.
– Excellent communication skills .
– Logical thinking and problem solving skills.
– Good Administrative skills
– A strong personality and good customer service skills
– English language skills , both spoken and written
– Understands Saudi Arabia Tourism market specially Buraidah
– Attend meetings, seminars and workshops to further knowledge and stay informed of the changes in cities of Saudi Arabia tourism Industry specially buraidah
Work duties (For example not specific) :
– Complete knowledge for visas
– Monitor and Manage booking engines for hotels, flights and excursions
– Ability to manage customer inquiries, requests and complaints
– Build and keep a good relationship with regular clients (communicate via calls, mails and social networking tools)
– Basic record keeping of business activities
– Provide detailed information on all tourism marketing programs
– Responsible for consistent data collection and Management
– Generating and maintaining database
– Liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules
