1. In-depth understanding of database structure principles

2. In-depth knowledge of Oracle database with production support experience

3. Experience with Oracle performance and tuning skills including server configuration / Backup and tracing facilities

4. In-depth knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL

5. Experience with parsing XML, JSON

6. Create and finalize UML

7. Optimize new and current database systems

8. A working knowledge with Mapping services like ArcGIS.

9. Experience of working with C#, ASP.NET

10. Hands-on experience with CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Vue.js is a plus.
