The techno functional consultant will act as subject matter expertise and responsible for functional and technical aspect of Dynamics AX. This position will play a key role in analysis, design, develop solutions using best practices to implement and improvise business processes, as well as troubleshoot and support daily operations in Dynamics AX,

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1- Analyze, scope, architect, and deliver integrated, scalable ERP solutions mainly based out of Dynamics AX
2- Identify, understand, and define business requirements to provide effective solutions
3- Design and document functional requirements, workflow, and system specifications
4- Implement, setup, configure financial, supply chain, production and retail modules in Dynamics AX
5- Work closely with business stakeholder across multiple functional areas, understand business processes, map and configure the requirements in Dynamics AX
6- Develop, customize forms in Dynamics AX, build reports, writing SQL queries to fetch data extracts
7- Track, manage and resolve daily support requests, issues, and administrative needs of users
8- Design interfaces to integrate various systems with Dynamics AX
9- Troubleshoot, resolve day to day operational and administration issues in Dynamics AX
10- Experienced in full life cycle implementation, upgrade, and applications support of Dynamics AX

Additional Duties & Responsibilities
1- Work cross-functionally to maintain and improve other key IT tasks: network, infrastructure..etc
2- Ability to collaborate in a team environment, while also working independentl
