Store Keeper

Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Responsible for accuracy for all inventories and assets under the responsibility or the country and proper accountability, record keeping and placement.
It will be one of the prime duties of all the members of Stores/Warehousing team to ensure that the physical stock assets & inventory agrees with the books.
Understand Inventory Control Policy
Understand Fixed Assets Policy
Demonstrate ability to define ERP systems.
Configure warehouses to have formal storage locations as per policy, which identify the row, rack section, level, and shelf location, with an alphanumeric location bar code or label.
Receive, store, and ship materials to and from production or distribution locations by incorporating warehousing activities.
Improve overall utilization of warehouse space.
Reporting for non-conformances Items .

Required Skills
Excellent employee interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially English.
Excellent knowledge about stores processes and procedures
Ability to communicate with people at all levels
Ability to work unsupervised
Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
Willingness to learn new skills

Requirements

- High School Graduate
- Must have excellent knowledge in working with Microsoft Excel to
work and get results from complex data

- 5 years work experience related to Stores/Warehouse management and
Inventory/Asset Management

- have transferable iqama
- Ability to Transfer Work to Dammam City
- prefer Philippines nationality
