We are hiring for a well-known company in KSA:
-SAP S4HANA HCM Consultant
Experience: 4+ years
end-to- end SAP implementations Projects: 2+ Project
Role Responsibilities:
Capture business requirements, design, build and configure applications to meet business processes. Create and maintain configuration workbooks.
At least 2 years of experience in SAP HCM along with Saudi Arabia Payroll Time Management, Rules.
Ability to define systems requirements, design, and prototype business processes, test complex functionality and train others and work in a team environment
Ability to implement practical business solutions under strict deadlines.
Ability and desire to work with people as part of a high-performance team
Perform and guide testing and Issue resolution during all project phases.
Have knowledge in ABAP and Workflow.
Strong Capture business requirements, design, build and configure for the below modules:
A. Organization Management/B. Payroll/C. Time Management/Time Evaluation
D. Personal Administration/E. Appraisal and performance/F. Recruiting
Good Experience in implementing Multi Resource Schedule (MRS) and its integration with (PS, HCM,PM)
