FINANCIAL and SALES DIMENSIONS:
Achieves Business Plan for the year as established. Revenue and Overheads Budgets.
Follows up with accounts dept for the supplier payments.
Responsible for authorizing expenses and petty cash statements of the concerned site.
Follows up sales activities with customers and salesmen and visiting potential customers as required.
Makes sure that sales activities are according to sales projections and expectations.
Receives sales order from salesmen and coordinates with transport department for orders and delivery.
SITE MANAGEMENT:
Operates Al Manaratain Saudi site as a Profit Center Head.
Draws up a weekly production plan in conjunction with the sales plan and is responsible for implementing and achieving the agreed production plan in terms of Product, Quality and Quantity.
Confers with production and administrative personnel and reviews production and operating activity to determine changes in programs or operations if required.
Identifies and evaluates products and product lines thereof to ensure business synergy and compatibility with the company’s businesses.
Coordinates activities of divisions or departments i.e. operating, manufacturing, engineering, planning, sales, maintenance, quality control, recruitment, etc to reach operational efficiency, economy, and increased productivity.
Reviews operating results of the site , compares them to established objectives and takes steps to
