Prepare the Bid Packages which has all the Doc. Such as “Pricing file, Project discerption, bidders instructions, etc. as per the Scope Of Work and SEC/NG transmission standards & specifications.
Prepare Procurement Schedule and Conducting the site visits and participate as technical representative during the Job Explanation meetings.
Participate in the bid opening as part of Bid review and evaluation team.
Resolve Pre Bid Clarifications and conduct the Pre bid clarification meeting if required.
Review the technical proposals in coordination with other departments, review the technical evaluation documents and conduct the Post Bid Clarifications meetings with the bidders.
Resolve any issues which may arise during the project execution stage, if and when requested by the concerned departments.
Prepare Shopping Carts thru SAP system and following up with concerned department.
Prepare the Award Recommendations and review the final contract.
