General Store Keeper Job

Job Key Details
Maintain quick delivery of materials
Create, implement and improve the stores structures and procedures
Maintain adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
Obtain, inspect and keep incoming items
Enhance flow of commodities through the stores
Keep records of incoming and outgoing materials
Observe the loading and unloading of various stock items
Update all data into the computer and manual recording systems
Inspect goods received and make sure they are of accurate quantity, type etc
Job Qualifications and Experience
Should hold relevant qualifications for this position
At least one to two years of practical experience as a storekeeper
Expertise in Ms Office suite
Must have good math skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
