A restaurant company in Hail city announces its need for a restaurant manager who has previous experience in the same field and is responsible for following up and completing the coordination of work inside the restaurant on the outside and inside of the restaurant on a daily basis as follows

- Supervising the provision of distinguished service and increasing customer satisfaction -

-Deal accurately with customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions -

-Regular review of production quality and improvement of sales volume Supervising staff appointments, scheduling rest periods and vacations

Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback to improve productivity-

Monitor the needs of tools and products for operations and report requests periodically Supervising the application of health and safety rules and preventive measures

- Improve the clients’ mental image and provide suggestions to develop services and gain customer loyalty -

- Managing operational budgets and defining procedures to help reduce expenses -

- Create detailed reports periodically on revenue and expenses -
