- Meeting with the client for new projects
- Offering solutions and consultations to the client
- Getting all the required task details and information
- Creative Brief Development
- Coaching, directing, scheduling, managing timelines of the creative team
- Presenting the proposals and getting feedback
- Research and analysis to increase knowledge of the brand, subject, brief through web research
- On ground visits for research and planning
- Immersion; to become immersed in the business/project world to formulate a definitive creative plan to achieve the best possible results
- Briefing involved team members and affiliates
- Inspiration; Leading and managing brainstorming sessions, sketching, writing, etc.
- Development of design with the creative team- Strategizing based on objective and available communication platform

- Creative Mapping: taking all of the initial ideas that were generated, and putting them into a structured outline; categorizing, condensing, combining and refining ideas into a cohesive package that will become the first set of conceptual artwork.
- Refinement: Discuss and review all the concepts and designs developed for any modifications or enhancements.
- Production: Communicating, meeting and reviewing production elements with the team and manufacturers regarding concept and design production, checking samples and final tweaks, etc. making sure that that they are according to guidelines and concept until everything is ready for the final phase
- Design and content Development of the final proposal and presentation
- Adding and creating additional support items such as music, videos, etc.
- Support and assisting other team members and colleagues on other tasks and jobs
- Communicating with 3rd parties when needed
- Communicating internally with other departments - Communicating with clients and following up when needed
