HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

HR TASKS :
• Auditing and refining the company structure
• Auditing and tuning the salary scale , policy and procedures
• Writing all the needed JDs , defining KPI and linking them to appraisals
• Defining training required and design proper training program in-house and through outsource through gap analysis.
• Developing a clear career path for all key positions.
• Designing and implementing a proper employee orientation program.
• Developing proper management-employee communication and promote positive corporate culture.
• Establishing and managing a proper recruiting mechanism through in-house recruiting and outsourcing for staff needed locally and overseas.
• Design and implement an attractive recruiting program for Saudi male and females.
• Implementing the new ERP system in regard to HR related tasks and activities.
• Managing all activities with HRDF.• Developing and managing the HR yearly budget.
PERSONNEL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS :
• Updating all employee files and contracts.
• Updating all the government agencies licenses such as : • Industrial license, operational license, environmental license, civil defense license, CRs, Baladiyah licenses, SFDA license,

• Managing muqeem, tam, medical insurance, car insurance, health cards.
• Handling zakat issues in cooperation with accounting dept.
• Handling all contracts for fire systems and outsourcing for legal consulting service providers.
• Handling company housing facilities.
• Handling office supplies, post and general staff transportation.
• Handling company extra circular activities.
• Representing the company with all government and non government issues.
• Handling booking and reservation for company employee as well as guests.
• Managing attendance, leaves, vacations and investigation for employees.
• Preparing monthly payroll and handing it to accounting dept.• Any other related tasks that the management might need.
المهارات
• Bachelor degree in HRM or Business Administration.
• Preferably Master degree in HRM
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Excellent knowledge in computer literature and ERP
• Up to date knowledge of Saudi labor law and related Government agencies
• Team player – Leadership – Coaching skills and Motivation
