Coordination with external audits for Saudi statutory financial statements and specialpurpose US GAAP financial statements.
Preparation of quarterly US GAAPreconciliation.
Controlling the transition of Saudi GAAP to IFRS and ensure full compliance of the Auditorsand Corporate Finance requirements.
Managing and ensuring financial and accounting aspects of mega projects includingcompliance of financial aspects per agreement, issuance of invoices for sharedproject.
preparation of budget requirements, cash flow forecasts, financial reporting, true-up and allocation workings for shared nature mega projects, liaison/coordination with mega project team/Corporate, Treasury/Vendors/otherparties, understanding their requirements and providing the data/informationrequested, preparation/update of authority schedule.
Monitoring financial objectives and Financial Data Quality aspects for their 100 o;mpliance and resolve deviations.
Managing and reviewing the monthly financial and management reports and analyzing thefinancial statements.

Degree :- BS Degree in Accounting Finance
Minimum Experience :- 4-5 Years
