Applications Analyst

Analysis & Feasibility :
Analyse, design, program, test, train and deploy applications base on new business requirements and conduct feasibility studies to ensure optimal and suitable implementation of application development or upgrades.
Manage IT projects, prepare/review project plans, documents and projects scope for required application development, upgrades or implementations to meet Bahri’s business objectives. Communicate changes and new developments to end users accordingly.
Data Structure :
Organise system data structure fitting to Bahri’s application needs. Design database and perform system testing to confirm compliance with requirements.
Support:
Provide critical analytical support by troubleshooting and diagnosing application issues. Support and give assistance to other Bahri team members, Share knowledge and accept other related jobs as needed.
Application Maintenance :
Maintain, configure and administer functional part of Applications to be aligned with business requirements. Work with administrators/integrators to control and monitor applications to ensure application performance and availability.
Policy, Procedure & Quality Compliance :
Monitor License compliance, Comply with IT policies and procedures, follow quality guidelines, and IT management instructions to carry out the work in controlled and consistent manner, Ensure security policies are applied and close all application threats
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare the required documentations to avail adequate guidelines & SOPs in using application effectively & record changes applied. Prepare Application status reports used in ITD Dashboards.
المهارات
Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Information technology or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience including years of application development and maintenance experience. Expert in common programming languages like VBnet, MSnet, HTML, C++, ASpnet, JAVA, PHP, all SQL, etc.
