Do you possess strong quantitative and analytical skills with extensive knowledge of SAP and MS Office? Have Atleast 15 years’ experience HR performance management, compensation and benefits experience in Energy or utility environment? Keen to work for a leading Middle Eastern energy organisation? Yes? The ideal candidate would possess the following experience and attributes:
Advise and assist in a full range of consulting engagements regarding pay structures, short- and long-term incentive programs, research and analysis of compensation market data, compensation management, performance evaluation programs, variable pay structure design and implementation.Development of compensation administration policies/guidelinesAdvice on rewards and benefits practices in compliance with the corporate objectives.Meet various research and salary data requirements.Prepare and present proposals and respond to requests for proposals.Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goalsDevelop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectivesEnsure that compensation practices are in compliance with current Saudi legislation.
The successful candidate will possess the following skill sets:
At least 15 years HR performance management, compensation and benefits experience in Energy or utility environment.Proven working experience in compensation and benefits.Prior experience in HR practice and compensation cycle management.Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems.Previous experience with organizational psychology and labor market surveys.Extensive knowledge of SAP and MS Office.Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
