Accountable for over all annual business plan execution and achievement of the same by aligning the available resources in the best possible manner and take corporate support as and when required to achieve the job context.
Responsible for the business performance of the allocated restaurants.
Lead a team of restaurant managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines.
Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency.Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability.
Creating and executing plans for sales, profit and staff development.Preparing and analyzing various reports related to sales, food cost, wastage, salary fixed/variable etc.

Candidates from QSR industries only.
Well versed with using MS excel.
Thorough knowledge of profit and loss account of QSR / Retail set up.An unbiased team player.
