HR Operations Officer .
Duties & Responsibilities:
The HR Operations Officer is responsible for implementing HR functions which include Performance Management, Onboarding, HR information management, and other HR-related tasks, to help achieve Human Resource goals and objecives.
Skills
Skills & Competencies:
• Familiarity with the KSA Labor Laws
• Excellent oral and writing English communication skills
• Computer skills
• Experience in working in a cross-cultural environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team but is also able to work independently
• Ability to handle multitasks
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
Education & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of HR
• At least 3 years of experience in human resource operations, including recruitment and selection, execution of performance management, policy implementation
Additional information:
• Working hours: Sunday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.30pm
