1 LEAD CONTRACTS ENGINEER
Bachelor Degree in Engineering. Minimum (12) years of experience dealing with Government Tender and Procurement Law and its Implementing Regulations in the KSA in pre/post award of contracts, experience in dealing with Saudi Regulations for Finance and Administration and experience at least with Government Organization such as Municipality, Have fairly good knowledge of all types of Saudi Contracts such as Consultancy agreements, EPC and PC. Must be fluent in Arabic & English.
2 GIS CAD TECHNICIAN
Degree or Diploma in the relevant field from a recognized institution with a minimum experience of (5) years in relevant field of Geographical Information Systems.
3 LAND SURVEYOR
Sceintific grade or diploma in the field of survey from accredited institute and minimum experience of (10) in the field of survey of lands, roads and construction projects and infrastructure. Preferred to be fluent in Arabic and English.
4 HYDRAULICS INSPECTOR
Diploma of engineering from accredited institute and minimum experience of (7) years as controller in the filed of construction of networks of stormwater drainage and open channels and box culverts and pipes and dams..etc. Two inspectors are required with previous experience of supervision of Microtunnel. Preferred to be fluent in Arabic and English.
5 UTILITY / INFRASTRUCTURE INSPECTOR
Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institution with minimum experience of (7) years as inspector in construction of infrastructure projects. Preferred to be fluent in Arabic & English.
6 QA/QC INSPECTOR
Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institution with a minimum experience of (7) years in QA/ QC of bridges, roads, civil works and heavy civil infrastructure works. Preferred to be fluent in Arabic & English.
7 ROAD AND CIVIL WORKS INSPECTOR
Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institution with a minimum experience of (7) years as inspector in construction of roads and civil works. Preffered to be fluent in Arabic & English.
8 HSE INSPECTOR
Diploma in Engineering or safety from a recognized institution with a minimum experience of (7) years in HSE of Construction Projects. Preferred to be fluent in Arabic & English.
9 QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering. A minimum of (7) years experience in Quantity Surveying works. Must be fluent in Arabic & English.
