IT Officer

Technical
– Min 3 yrs previous working experience in same role
– Have sound knowledge of ERP and MRP systems (knowledge of QUASAR-X is a plus)
– ERP implementation and administration
– supporting the roll-out of new applications, with particular reference to ERP
– installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
– monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
– troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
– replacing parts as required;
– providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
– setting up new users’ accounts and profiles
– website CMS updating
– basic knowledge of manufacturing production
Personal
– Problem-solving attitude
– Capable to work in a multi-culture team
– Between 20 and 40 yrs old, fit and in good health
– Good communication skills (customers, visitor, other employees)
Education
– Bachelor degree in computer science or in any related field
– Fluent English
