Sales Manager
- Contributes to the formulation and implementation of the sales & marketing strategy and plans as appropriate to achieve the necessary goals and objectives.
- Manages the day..to..day operations of the sales, providing expertise, encouraging and ensure teamwork, aligning work processes to achieve established targets,
- Mentoring sales consultant throughout the sales process and developing employee s engagement programs to achieve a motivated work environment.
- Monitors sales activity on a going basis, checking netback achieved on each sale, to ensure that both monthly and annual sales targets will be achieved as profitably as possible.
- Applies authorized sales discounts within set limits for key and specific customers to ensure sales targets will be met and to build // maintain good relationships with clients.
- Evaluate market and competitor information report by the sales team to take a decision on market pricing and related marketing issues in line with sales and marketing objective.
- Track customer needs through the sales tram and ensure they have update product knowledge to provide the customer with better customer service in matching the company supply, which meets their expectations and delivers customer satisfaction.
- Ensure good business relationships in the market, which support the sales efforts.
- Collects customer feedback and follows up on customer complaints by liaising with customer service department.
- Develops monthly sales and achievement reports to provide an overview on the month..on..month sales activity and address any outstanding issue.
- Requirement of candidate:

- You will ideally be required to have the following requirements.

- B.S Degree
- Minimum7*to 10 years* of relevant experience in Real Estate and management experience in senior sales & marketing role.
- Good Analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Good Knowledge in Stress management & Quality focus.
- Business skills and understanding, financial awareness, budgeting and forecasting
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Advance Planning and organizing skills
