Minimum of 5 years Human Resources experience to include but not limited to compensation and/or benefits administration and related HR areas, or equivalent work experience. • Experience in managing accounting compensation & benefits in a high-volume corporation, with around 13,000 employees or more • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management • Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems • Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations • Certificates in compensation and benefits a strong plus • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefit • Excellent Communication skills in both English & Arabic • With an excellent job stability & career history
