1. Analyzing current and past financial data and performance
2. Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis
3. Evaluating current capital expenditures and depreciation
4. Exploring investment opportunities
5. Establishing and evaluating profit plans
6. Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement
7. Providing financial models and forecasting
8. Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) taking into account the company’s goals and financial standing analysis
9- Proven experience in the LBO operations
Requirements are :
1. Must hold CFA degree ( at least 1 part )
2. Proven working experience as a financial analyst
3. Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
4. Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
5. Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
6. Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
7. Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and business environments
8. BS degree in Finance, Economics or related field
