Responsibilities:
1- Managing information technology and computer systems, servers and domain, infrastructure
2- Managing internal software systems, ERP, CRM, DMS, and IT automation across all business process
3- IT policy and cyber security
4- Setup and configure network, connectivity and firewall
5- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
6- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
7- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
8- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
9- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
10- Manage IT vendors and software suppliers
11- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
12- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
13- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
14- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness

Requirements:
- Native Arabic speaker (only Arab nationalities to apply)
- BSc in Computer Science, MIS or similar field.
- (6-8) years of experience in IT field.
- Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
- Expertise in data center management and data governance.
- Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, DMS, computer networks, network administration and network installation.
- Hands-on experience with mobile,cloud computing and virtualization.
- PMP is a plus
- must be available to join immediately
