1- Your position/Title will be Sales Agent (events/b2b). 2- Job Description : - Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set. - Tailor sales proposal to address priorities identified by the clients. - Achieve monthly individual revenue target assigned by Director of Sales. - Communicates booking information to all relevant departments. - Generating accounts through various sales activities (face to face sales calls, telephone calls). - Responds to telephone/email inquiries/ requests for group business in the defined timeline. - Achieve potential key accounts and develop strategies to prioritize and penetrate new accounts. - You are requested to follow the company’s Sales strategy and submit your sales activity report on daily basis, and attend a weekly sales meeting as per the company policy. - You will be under a three-month probationary period effective the date you join us. 3- Benefits: • Your monthly salary, including housing and transportation allowances will be SR 4,000.00 per Gregorian month payable at the end of each month. • You are entitled for monthly Transportation allowance of SR.400.oo/. • Company mobile line with monthly package of calls and mobile data will be provided. • You are entitled for Monthly Sales Commission payable by the end of each month against all invoices issued and collected based on the followings : o Confirmed & Executed Sales of ( SR. 40,000 - 60,000) 2% o Confirmed & Executed Sales of ( SR. 60,001– 80,000) 3% o Confirmed & Executed Sales of (SR. 80,001 – 120,000) 4% o Confirmed & Executed Sales of (SR. 120,001 – 150,000) 5% o Confirmed & Executed Sales of (SR. 150,001 – and above) 6% • The package is based on a 45 hours/week and shall include any additional overtime hours you might work if need arises.
